Ronda Mancini, PsyD

Co-founder of Access Behavioral Health, Dr. Mancini is a clinical psychologist who provides psychotherapy and psychological testing for children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.  She has been practicing for over ten years and received her training at the University of California, Davis Medical Center, The University of Louisville School of Medicine, and Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City.  Dr. Mancini has specialized training for children and adults in the treatment of abuse, trauma, mood/behavioral disorders, divorce, and ADHD.  She also has forensic specialties in the areas of child custody, parenting-coordination, and court-ordered psychological evaluations.

Ronald Dewaine Dobbs, LCSW, LMFT, BCCFH

Co-founder of Access Behavioral Health, Ronald Dobbs utilizes a unique practice style for the treatment of adults, teens, and families in the metropolitan Louisville area.  His unique practice style has helped thousands of individuals and families successfully meet their treatment goals.  He takes pride in his work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorders), alcohol and drug addiction, marital and family therapy and anger management. He also has advanced training and knowledge in the use of Hypnotherapy, EMI (Eye Movement Integration™), and NLP ( Neuro-Linguistic Programming).  Mr. Dobbs was one of the first therapists in the State of Kentucky to be certified as an autonomous provider in the treatment of Domestic Violence, Anger Management, and Batterer Intervention.  He facilitates seven programs weekly.

Mr. Dobbs received a Masters Degree from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville.  He was in the first Family and Marital Therapy Program where he received special training in treating family systems. 

After graduation, he spent time in Washington, DC studying and mastering techniques in the use of Hypnotherapy, NLP and EMI™.  He studied at the American Hypnosis Training Academy in Silver Springs, MD where he received a Fellow in hypnosis, the highest certification.  He is certified by the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.  From there he went on to perfect unique treatment approaches for his clients. Mr. Dobbs received a certification from the state of Kentucky to treat individuals and families where domestic violence has occurred.  He continues to educate and train professionals on a state and national level.

Alanna Allman Culler, LCSW

Has a degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville (1997) and a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver (1999).  Alanna's work prior to Access was in community mental health, working with adults with severe and chronic mental illness.  Alanna's areas of focus for counseling include women's issues, adolescents, issues of gender and sexuality (GLBT), mood and psychotic disorders, recovery from substance issues, and family systems.

Angelita Glean-Francia, M.D.,FACIP

Received her medical degree in 1967 from the University of the East, RMMC, Manila, Philippines, where she practiced internal medicine from 1967 to 1970. She did her psychiatry residency training at Traverse City Regional Hospital, University of Michigan, 1979 - 1981.  Psychiatrist at Central State Hospital from 1982 - 2004 and was attending Psychiatrist, University of Louisville Emergency Psychiatry Department 2000 - 2004.

Scott Kaminsky, LMFT, NCC

Received his B.A. degree in Biblical Studies in 1981, a Master of Divinity degree in 1987, and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family counseling in 1999. Presently, Scott Kaminsky is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Marriage and Family Counseling at Denver Seminary.

Reverend Kaminsky has served over 23 years as an Army Chaplain. His Active Duty assignments included:  Fort Polk, LA; Fort Campbell, KY; Vicenza, Italy (two tours); Fort Benning, GA; Fort Drum, NY; Fort Stewart, GA and Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN.  Chaplin Kaminsky has also served two tours in Iraq and one tour in Kuwait.

After retiring Mr. Kaminsky worked as a Clinical Therapist at New Options; a Marriage & Family Therapist for the VA; and a Military Family Life Counselor for soldiers and family members stationed at Fort Campbell, KY and Fort Bragg, NC. 

Mr. Kaminsky specializes in marital & family therapy, pre-marital counseling, military population issues, PTSD/trauma, and grief work.



Julie George, MSSW, LCSW

Has a BA in Psychology from Spalding University (1980) and an MSSW from the University of Louisville's Kent School of Social Work (1996).

Julie has 20 years of experience working in community mental health and private practice.       She works with adults, adolescents, couples and families on issues with relationships, grief, mood and psychotic disorders.


Gayatri Singh, DBH, LCSW, CCM, LCAC

Dr. Singh has been a practicing psychotherapist since graduating from the University of Louisville in 2006 with a Master of Arts in

Psychology and Master of Science in Social Work.  Dr. Singh received her license to practice psychiatric social work from the Kentucky Board of Social Work, has a nationally recognized Certification in Case Management via CCMC, and is a licensed supervisory level addictions expert (CADAC-IV) via the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium. She has a doctorate in behavioral health from Arizona State University specializing in integrated medical and behavioral health services.  She has worked extensively with a myriad of patient populations, in a variety of clinical settings while utilizing empirically based treatment modalities.  Integrity and compassion are at the core of her holistic practice.

Her specialties include treatment of adults/adolescents with mood disorders, substance related disorders, interpersonal relationship problems, women's issues, trauma, severe mental illnesses, sleep disorders, gender identity, sexual orientation issues, acculturation/adjustment difficulties, phase of life issues, end of life issues, and bereavement counseling.  The treatments provided by her are geared toward alleviating suffering from distressing psychological symptoms, helping people change characteristic and self-defeating behaviors, assisting in adjusting to life circumstances, as well as in-depth exploration of underlying psychological processes.

Dr. Singh has experience treating comorbid behavioral and medical conditions.  She has developed various patient-driven treatment protocols to help individuals address debilitating comorbid medical concerns.  She has experience supervising and ensuring the quality of clinical services.  Her leadership and oversight has improved population health management outcomes, professional development, and system performance outcomes in various clinical settings.  She strongly believes in life long learning and continued development of her clinical skills to provide advanced care initiatives to her patients.
