Ronda Mancini, PsyD
Co-founder of Access Behavioral Health, Dr. Mancini is a clinical psychologist who provides services for adults, children, teens, families, and couples. She has been practicing since 2000 and received her training at the University of California Davis Medical Center, The University of Louisville School of Medicine, and Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City. Dr. Mancini has specialized training with preschoolers, children, and teens in the areas of abuse, trauma, physical health conditions, mood/behavioral disorders, divorce, and ADHD. Her adult specializations include mood disorders, parenting issues, couple therapy, divorce support, family conflicts, trauma, grief, and phase of life issues. She also has extensive forensic experience in the areas of child custody, therapeutic visitation, reunification therapy, and parenting agreements and uses this knowledge to reduce conflict and support those going though the divorce process. She regularly interfaces with family court and family law attorneys and provides expert testimony regarding the best interest of children and psychological topics of interest to the court. Dr. Mancini also provides adult and child psychological testing for ADHD and to identify and/or clarify a variety of psychological diagnoses.
Ronald Dewaine Dobbs, LCSW, LMFT, BCCFH
Co-founder of Access Behavioral Health, Ronald Dobbs utilizes a unique practice style for the treatment of adults, teens, and families in the metropolitan Louisville area. His unique practice style has helped thousands of individuals and families successfully meet their treatment goals. He takes pride in his work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorders), alcohol and drug addiction, marital and family therapy and anger management. He also has advanced training and knowledge in the use of
Hypnotherapy,
EMI (Eye Movement Integration™), and
NLP ( Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Mr. Dobbs was one of the first therapists in the State of Kentucky to be certified as an autonomous provider in the treatment of Domestic Violence, Anger Management, and Batterer Intervention. He facilitates several programs weekly.
Mr. Dobbs received a Master's Degree from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville. He was in the first Family and Marital Therapy Program where he received special training in treating family systems.
After graduation, he spent time in Washington, DC studying and mastering techniques in the use of
Hypnotherapy,
NLP and
EMI™. He studied at the American Hypnosis Training Academy in Silver Springs, MD where he received a Fellow in hypnosis, the highest certification. He is certified by the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. From there he went on to perfect unique treatment approaches for his clients. Mr. Dobbs received a certification from the state of Kentucky to treat individuals and families where domestic violence has occurred. He continues to educate and train professionals on a state and national level.
