Ronda Mancini, PsyD

Co-founder of Access Behavioral Health, Dr. Mancini is a clinical psychologist who provides services for adults, children, teens, families, and couples.  She has been practicing since 2000 and received her training at the University of California Davis Medical Center, The University of Louisville School of Medicine, and Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City.  Dr. Mancini has specialized training with preschoolers, children, and teens in the areas of abuse, trauma, physical health conditions, mood/behavioral disorders, divorce, and ADHD.  Her adult specializations include mood disorders, parenting issues, couple therapy, divorce support, family conflicts, trauma, grief, and phase of life issues.  She also has extensive forensic experience in the areas of child custody, therapeutic visitation, reunification therapy, and parenting agreements and uses this knowledge to reduce conflict and support those going though the divorce process.  She regularly interfaces with family court and family law attorneys and provides expert testimony regarding the best interest of children and psychological topics of interest to the court.  Dr. Mancini also provides adult and child psychological testing for ADHD and to identify and/or clarify a variety of psychological diagnoses.

Ronald Dewaine Dobbs, LCSW, LMFT, BCCFH

Co-founder of Access Behavioral Health, Ronald Dobbs utilizes a unique practice style for the treatment of adults, teens, and families in the metropolitan Louisville area.  His unique practice style has helped thousands of individuals and families successfully meet their treatment goals.  He takes pride in his work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorders), alcohol and drug addiction, marital and family therapy and anger management. He also has advanced training and knowledge in the use of Hypnotherapy, EMI (Eye Movement Integration™), and NLP ( Neuro-Linguistic Programming).  Mr. Dobbs was one of the first therapists in the State of Kentucky to be certified as an autonomous provider in the treatment of Domestic Violence, Anger Management, and Batterer Intervention.  He facilitates several programs weekly.

Mr. Dobbs received a Master's Degree from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville.  He was in the first Family and Marital Therapy Program where he received special training in treating family systems. 

After graduation, he spent time in Washington, DC studying and mastering techniques in the use of Hypnotherapy, NLP and EMI™.  He studied at the American Hypnosis Training Academy in Silver Springs, MD where he received a Fellow in hypnosis, the highest certification.  He is certified by the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.  From there he went on to perfect unique treatment approaches for his clients. Mr. Dobbs received a certification from the state of Kentucky to treat individuals and families where domestic violence has occurred.  He continues to educate and train professionals on a state and national level.

Alanna Allman Culler, LCSW

Has a degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville (1997) and a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver (1999).  Alanna's work prior to Access was in community mental health, working with adults with severe and chronic mental illness.  Alanna's areas of focus for counseling include women's issues, adolescents, issues of gender and sexuality (GLBT), mood and psychotic disorders, recovery from substance issues, and family systems.

Angelita Glean-Francia MD, FACIP

Received her medical degree in 1967 from the University of the East, RMMC, Manila, Philippines, where she practiced internal medicine from 1967 to 1970. She did her psychiatry residency training at Traverse City Regional Hospital, University of Michigan, 1979 - 1981.  Psychiatrist at Central State Hospital from 1982 - 2004 and was attending Psychiatrist, University of Louisville Emergency Psychiatry Department 2000 - 2004.

Kathy Litzenberger, MAT, MSSW, LCSW

Kathy Litzenberger is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who holds a Master's Degree in Teaching and Social Work.  Her degrees are from Spalding University and Kent School at University of Louisville respectively.  She is certified in EMDR and Clinical Supervision and has been recognized as an expert in the area of Children and Families by the court.  Other specialties include working with adolescents, life cycle transitions, communication skills development and adoption issues.

Dr. Gayatri Singh, DBH, LCSW, CCM, LCAC, LMFT

Dr. Singh has been a practicing psychotherapist since graduating from the University of Louisville in 2006 with a Master of Arts in

Psychology and Master of Science in Social Work.  Dr. Singh received her license to practice psychiatric social work from the Kentucky Board of Social Work, has a nationally recognized Certification in Case Management via CCMC, and is a licensed supervisory level addictions expert (CADAC-IV) via the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium. She has a doctorate in behavioral health from Arizona State University specializing in integrated medical and behavioral health services.  She has worked extensively with a myriad of patient populations, in a variety of clinical settings while utilizing empirically based treatment modalities.  Integrity and compassion are at the core of her holistic practice.

Her specialties include treatment of adults/adolescents with mood disorders, substance related disorders, interpersonal relationship problems, women's issues, trauma, severe mental illnesses, sleep disorders, gender identity, sexual orientation issues, acculturation/adjustment difficulties, phase of life issues, end of life issues, and bereavement counseling.  The treatments provided by her are geared toward alleviating suffering from distressing psychological symptoms, helping people change characteristic and self-defeating behaviors, assisting in adjusting to life circumstances, as well as in-depth exploration of underlying psychological processes.

Dr. Singh has experience treating comorbid behavioral and medical conditions.  She has developed various patient-driven treatment protocols to help individuals address debilitating comorbid medical concerns.  She has experience supervising and ensuring the quality of clinical services.  Her leadership and oversight has improved population health management outcomes, professional development, and system performance outcomes in various clinical settings.  She strongly believes in life long learning and continued development of her clinical skills to provide advanced care initiatives to her patients.
